SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Our posting days are Wednesday through to Saturday.

Items in Stock
Where an item is available and ready to send, we aim to prepare your order for dispatch within 3 working days.

Please remember that dispatch time is the time it takes us to prepare and post your order and does not include the delivery time taken by the postal or courier service.

Bespoke & Handmade Orders
Bespoke, personalised, specially prepared or made-to-order products may take up to 30 days to create and dispatch.

Where possible, we will advise you if an item is likely to require a longer preparation time.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care when packing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact Wiccamoonsinherservice as soon as possible after receiving it.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, its packaging and any damage so that we can assess the problem.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit, Wiccamoonsinherservice will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. This may include a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

RETURNS

Returns of eligible non-bespoke goods may be accepted subject to applicable consumer rights and our returns conditions.

Items should be returned unused, unopened where appropriate, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact Wiccamoonsinherservice before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

MAGICAL, RITUAL & BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Many of our products are handmade, spiritually prepared, personalised or created for ritual and magical use.

Bespoke or personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

For hygiene and energetic integrity, certain sealed or personal-use products may also be non-returnable once opened or used, where permitted by law.

We cannot guarantee the outcome or result of any magical, spiritual or ritual product. A product not producing the desired magical or spiritual result does not mean that the product is faulty and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not in conformity with your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If preparation of a bespoke, personalised or specially commissioned item has already begun, cancellation may not be possible where the applicable consumer-law exemption applies.

PLEASE NOTE

All returns, replacements and refund requests will be considered by Wicca Moon in accordance with this policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
